Dave Flang didn’t realize he was violating any laws by distributing The Evolution Handbook (www.evolution-facts.org) to Groton High School students Friday morning, November 2, 2007. But he was called by the Groton police department and told a complaint had been made by the school’s administrative office.

He was told next time could be arrested for harassment and violating solicitation laws. The school accuses him of trying to sell a FREE booklet, available in its entirety online through the above website. He was also told by police that the public sidewalk next to the school and parking lot (village property) across the street from the school were off-limits.

Pedophiles are allowed more access to kids than Christians. Flang is a Christian who maintains a website ministry, www.warneveryone.com, that reveals the corruption so common in our government schools, government bureaucracies and churches. Telling the truth about the theory of evolution and our failing public schools are major themes in his ministry. He has even helped produce and post several videos on websites like YouTube.com, GodTube.com and others.

Public schools can distribute condoms and birth control pills to 11-year olds, teach children that all things are relative and there is no absolute right or wrong, and that they evolved from animals, so it’s okay to act like one. But it’s against the law to read the Bible, pray in the name of Jesus Christ or distribute any information to public school students that disputes the humanist propaganda kids are being brainwashed with by the government. Public schools belong to Big Brother, as do the children in them.

After talking with the Groton village clerk and giving him a revised copy of the card offering the FREE online booklet, Flang now waits for an answer from the village attorney regarding whether access can be denied to public property near the school.
